  • Apparently newer NAfME cards have no "leading" zeroes, but the numbers still do have 9 digits in the database; please add leading zeroes as necessary: i.e. 12345 = 000012345
  • Your first name, with NO CAPITAL letters, is taken directly from the NAfME database.
